CREVE COEUR, MISSOURI

Between 1986 and 2006, our firm developed and managed over 1.2 million square feet of office, medical, and retail space at CityPlace in Creve Coeur, Missouri. CityPlace is the largest Class A mixed use campus in the Metro St. Louis market, with five multitenant office buildings, one medical office, and an adjacent retail complex. The development is well positioned a mile from the western run of the I-270 beltway, the primary north-south connector for St. Louis Metro and is in close proximity of 4 major roadways – interstates 70, 170, 270, and Highway 40 as well as Lambert International Airport.​

CityPlace Retail is a mixed use retail strip center supporting the CityPlace office campus. Today’s tenants include Metro Imaging, Hubbard Radio, fitness studios Cyclebar and Yoga Six, Treats Unleashed, and multiple dining options including Potbelly, Crushed Red, Il Bel Lago, and 5 Star Burger.

 

CityPlace 6 is a 10-story class A office development built in 20017 and comprising 223,000 square feet of corporate suites within the sought-after CityPlace campus. 

 

CityPlace 5 is an 82,790 square-foot class A medical office developed in 2006 on the northwest corner of the CityPlace campus. The building includes an adjoining three-story parking facility and connects users to the several hospital systems surrounding the I-270 corridor that serve the area.

 

CityPlace 4 is a four-story story office building that was developed in 2001 and anchors the campus to the west. The building consists of 103,275 rentable square feet with average floor plans of 25,000 square feet sized for full-floor tenants and smaller tenants alike.

 

City Place 3 is the keystone to the CityPlace campus standing at 11 stories tall in the center of the office park. Developed in 2002, the building consists of 220,210 rentable square feet with an average floor plate of 20,000 square feet. The building is home to four of the top ten tenants in the park and houses the corporate cafeteria, fitness center, and training center.

 

City Place 2 was developed in 1998 as the second office building in the CityPlace campus. The building consists of 117,936 rentable square feet with an average floor plate of 23,000 square feet.

 

City Place 1 was developed in 1986 as the first office building in the CityPlace campus. The building consists of 288,867 rentable square feet and features amenities such as the conference room, auditorium, and sundry shop. With average floor plates over 40,000 square feet, CityPlace 1 can cater to larger tenants.
