KDG affiliates at Keeley Companies are helping to craft policy for the entire St. Louis region. We employ over 1,200 dedicated team members, including KDG’s own team at Clayton on the Park. Our testing, cleaning, quarantining, and return-to-work policies have been employed at all 15 Keeley locations nationwide and five KDG-owned properties in parallel. We have expedited access to hard-to-source cleaning, sanitation and PPE supplies, and our L. Keeley Construction partnership is helping us determine the most effective and proven air handling and purification techniques to implement at our properties. We are protecting our clients as we do our team.

​Due to the fluid nature of this situation, the KDG management team evaluates building operations in an organized daily conference. This structured decision-making allows us to be proactive and make thoughtful adjustments to our communities based on guidance from federal, state, and local government as it becomes available.
