Mark joined Keeley Properties, formerly Koman Group, in 2013 to grow the real estate portfolio proactively into multifamily, urban, and mixed use spaces. Mark brings over 30 years of experience in the planning, development, operations, and construction of over $750 million in portfolio and third-party endeavors.

With a long-standing background in multifamily development, Mark led the three purpose-built student housing entities that Koman developed, totaling 569 units: The Edge at SIUE Edwardsville, The Edge at Cleveland State University, and Everly on the Loop, pedestrian to Washington University in St. Louis. In addition, Mark has had his hand in the mixed use projects The Euclid and Chroma as well as Clayton on the Park, totaling 519 units. Mark also served as project lead on the development of 25,000 square foot specialty grocer in the St. Louis Metro area.

Mark recently delivered Marlowe in Central West End and is currently focused on expanding the Keeley Properties footprint outside of St. Louis.

Mark enjoys skiing, travel, cooking, and family time at their lake house.
