What is KDG and When was it Founded?

KDG is a fully integrated real estate firm that focuses on investment with intent. We develop, own, and manage premier office, residential, and mixed use real estate.

In 2019, Koman Group and Keeley Development Group joined forces to form KDG. Blending Koman’s legacy of real estate ingenuity, Keeley’s world-class culture, and our joint passion for investment with intent – KDG accelerates growth and opportunity for our people, our partners, and our region.

Our multidisciplinary team has worked together for over 10 years. We are investors, developers, and property managers well equipped to manage all aspects of a real estate project, ensuring that each element of the investment spectrum is coordinated with the others.

What Projects are Under Development?

KDG currently has over 1.5 million square feet of mixed use office, retail, and multifamily space in the pipeline for St. Louis. Three projects are underway for groundbreaking soon:

Olive Crossing is a redevelopment of a critical corner fronting Olive and I-170, redefining the pathway from the airport into St. Louis' urban core with a 14.8-acre environment of dynamic office, hotel, retail space. Learn more about Olive Crossing here.

Cortex K. is a major gateway to the Cortex Innovation District, offering a diversity of uses within a campus that fuses live/work/play and creates a true 18-hour environment. The multitenant tech building offers creative, flexible office space with premier highway visibility and access in a high-energy, high-collision environment next to our region's most forward-thinking people and companies. What Projects does KDG Property Manage?

KDG’s portfolio includes build-to-suit class A corporate campuses and multitenant office spaces, infill developments, mixed use environments, and multifamily and student housing. In addition to multiple commercial properties, KDG currently manages three multifamily/mixed use communities in St. Louis’ most vibrant neighborhoods:

Clayton on the Park is a 213-unit high-rise building in the downtown business district of Clayton across from Shaw Park, boasting over 30,000 square feet of amenities for its residents. Learn more about Clayton on the Park here.

The Euclid is an urban mixed use development of 84 boutique residential flats over street level retail in the high demand live-work-play neighborhood of Central West End. Learn more about The Euclid here.

Chroma is a ground-up mixed use development unlike any other in St. Louis, the first large scale multifamily building in The Grove with over 18,000 square feet of restaurants and retail, resort-inspired amenities, a uniquely designed plaza for community use, and a phase two property currently under construction called Hue.
